Right of Withdrawal & Withdrawal Form

A. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods. For contracts for services, the period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

We shall bear the costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If you requested that services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g(2) No. 1 BGB).

Note: As our products (labels, stickers, plastic cards, etc.) are generally manufactured according to the customer's individual specifications, the right of withdrawal for these goods is regularly excluded.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for digital content or services if we have begun the execution of the contract after you have expressly consented and simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon the commencement of contract performance.

General Information

1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2. Please do not return the goods without postage.
3. Please note that the above points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
